A modified high amylose corn starch which provides structure and texture to products.
- It acts as a protective barrier when used as a coating for fried foods thus reducing oil pick up which in turn increases product crispness.
- Use with Fruit & Vegetable Purees to make Cannelloni Tubes, Shapes, Baskets or add to biscuits for extra crunch.
