Mainland UK only - If an order is placed on a Friday before 3pm you will get this on Monday. If it's a Bank Holiday you will receive the item the next working day. We would advise you use Saturday Delivery. If you urgently require the item.

All delivery costs above include VAT.

We ship all our deliveries using a third party courier. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all goods are permitted for import into the country of destination. Infusions4chefs Ltd accept no liability for goods rejected by border customs.




Damaged Goods - on receiving your order if a product is faulty or damaged please contact us within 24 hours to arrange a replacement viv the account page to request a return/replacement. We also require a photo of the damages.

Undamaged Goods - we can only accept returned 'opened' items if they are faulty:

Products can be returned up to 30 days from purchase but must be returned unopened in their original packaging and in saleable condition.

If you return goods which are not faulty or are deemed not faulty if returned due to possible fault, you are responsible for payment of P & P

Your statutory rights are not affected.
