Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Proceed to Checkout' where you will be asked for a few details that we need from you to be able to complete the order. By accepting our terms and conditions, you are confirming you are the named purchaser and are at least 18 years of age and understand that you will be committing an offence if you provide false information.
We accept secure payment through Stripe from all major credit and debit cards, from PayPal and direct bank transfers. If you wish to pay by bank transfer please call 01359 272577 for details.
Please be aware that we will not dispatch your order until your payment has cleared.
- If an item is in stock, it will usually be delivered to you within 1-3 working days.
- If an item is out of stock, we will advise you of the delay and when we expect your order to be back in stock.
We do not take back orders without confirming with you first.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence initiate a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
If we have inadvertently under priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason, we will notify you. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the updated price is acceptable or offer you an alternative respectively.
By placing an order with Infusions Ltd on the internet, the customer confirms that they are over 18 years of age and are aware of all local, state and federal laws regarding the possession of or carrying of the products they are ordering. Infusions Ltd shall be held blameless for any infraction of law by the purchaser. This also applies to any products that require you to be over the age of 18 to purchase.
If you are purchasing N2O please be aware we only sell Nitrous Oxide (N2O) Cream Charger cartridges to trade account customers and we will refuse to sell them to you if we suspect you intend to misuse them. We will not deliver the product to any colleges or university halls of residence or any residential address.

We ship all our deliveries using a third-party courier. Please contact us for delivery charges and times firstname.lastname@example.org
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all goods are permitted for import into the country of destination. Infusions Ltd accept no liability for goods rejected by border customs.
If your goods are all in stock, standard delivery is usually 1-2 working days from placing your order Monday - Friday. Express delivery is with best intentions to be received next day, but we cannot guarantee that 100%. Saturday delivery is possible if orders are placed before noon on Friday and the Saturday delivery option is specified and paid for. International orders are generally received within 10 days - please contact us to confirm delivery charges and times at email@example.com
We cannot 100% guarantee next day delivery but our next day service means 99% of parcels will turn up the next day for orders placed before 3pm. You may request to have your parcel left in a safe place (for example with a neighbour or in the garage) but this is at your own risk and we accept no liability for any damage or theft occurring as a result.
Parcels that weigh more than 20kg will require additional payment. Once orders have been placed you will be contacted to arrange this extra payment if applicable.
Click and Collect
You can also arrange to collect your order free of charge from our warehouse which is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and is located at Unit 6 Lundy Court, Rougham Industrial Estate, Rougham, Suffolk, IP30 9ND.
We accept no liability for a successfully completed delivery that you do not take possession of personally. We are delivering to an address NOT an individual. Therefore if our courier logs a consignment as having been delivered you must assume it has been stolen. In these cases we will provide you and the authorities with our full co-operation but cannot accept any responsibility.
For orders placed in the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added where applicable.
Credit card security
Stripe and Paypal automatically encrypt your confidential information in transits using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Damaged goods - on receiving your order, if a product is faulty, damaged or is missing any items please contact us within 24 hours via the account page or by calling 01359 272577 to request a return/replacement. We will request that you send us a photograph of the damaged items.
Undamaged goods - please note that we can only accept returned 'opened' items if they are faulty.
- Products can be returned up to 30 days from purchase but must be returned unopened, in their original packaging and in saleable condition.
- If you return goods which are not faulty, you are responsible for payment of postage and packing.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
