Adds calcium to basic spherification baths.

Cälcic provides basic spherification baths and reverse spherification bases with the necessary amount of calcium to react with the Algïnate.

  • Source of mineral calcium for various applications such as cheese production.
  • Dissolve in water base with the help of a whisk.
  • Spheres must be washed later as it provides bitter flavors.
  • Recommended dosage for spherical baths: 5-10 gr./L.
  • Size: 600g.
