Prepare Barista Quality Nitro Cold Brew Coffee.

Nitro Coffee is created by infusing Cold Brew Coffee with pure nitrogen gas this results in a rich, flavourful brew with a naturally creamy texture and a velvety foam head.

  • Perfect for the preparation of Nitro Coffee, Tea and Cocktails and other Nitro infused creations.
  • Only suitable for cold applications up to max. 30°C / 86°F.
  • Stainless steel bottle and head - designed for professional use.
  • Head with non-slip silicone grip and fixed stainless-steel valve - for easy dispensing in all Nitro infusion applications.
  • Size: 1 litre.

Recipe - Nitro Coffee 

Ingredients:

  • 500ml water
  • 40g ground coffee


Cold Brew Coffee

  • Brew water and ground coffee in the fridge for 24 hours.
  • Then pass through a coffee filter or kitchen roll.
  • Fill the Cold Brew Coffee into the ISI Nitrogen Whipper, screw on 1 ISI Nitrogen Bulb and shake vigorously.

 

Use with the ISI Nitrogen Charger/Bulbs to prepare barista quality Nitro Cold Brew Coffee.
