Halen Mon Oak Smoked Water 100ml is a simple way to bring rich, smoky flavour into everyday cooking without needing a smoker, charcoal or hours of preparation. Handmade in Wales using sustainable woodchip, this artisan ingredient is created using only wood smoke and water, producing clean oak smoke notes with a balanced depth of flavour.

Just a few drops can add a gentle savoury background, while a little more creates a bolder barbecue-style character. It works brilliantly stirred into tomato sauces, soups, marinades, risottos and dips, adding that cooked-over-fire flavour without the extra effort.

Here at i4C, one of our favourite ways to use it is adding a few drops to a single malt whisky over ice. It brings subtle smoky notes without needing smoking guns or wood chips and creates the feeling of a carefully smoked cocktail in seconds. We also love adding it to simple dishes like scrambled eggs, baked beans or homemade hummus, where a small amount can completely change the flavour.
