Willy’s Live Fire Cider Apple Cider Vinegar 500ml
Live Fire Cider ACV
Willy’s Live Fire Cider Apple Cider Vinegar 500ml takes raw apple cider vinegar and gives it some serious character. Made in Herefordshire using organic British apples, Willy’s live ACV with the Mother is infused with ginger, turmeric, garlic, chilli, onion, horseradish and black pepper, with organic honey bringing a touch of sweetness to balance the heat.
The result is a bold fire cider with sharp apple acidity, earthy spice and a lingering chilli warmth. Dilute 15–25ml in water for a fiery daily drink, stir it into a warm honey and lemon tonic, or bring it into the kitchen where that punchy combination of vinegar and spice works brilliantly in marinades, dressings, sauces and roasted vegetables.

Where does the name ‘fire cider’ come from?
Fire cider is the name commonly given to a vinegar-based infusion containing strongly flavoured roots, herbs and spices. Recipes vary, but ingredients such as ginger, horseradish, garlic and chilli are traditional choices and give the infusion the warming ‘fire’ behind its name.
Do you need to shake Fire Cider before using it?
Because Willy’s Fire Cider is unfiltered and contains naturally derived ingredients, some settling or sediment can occur. Giving the bottle a gentle shake helps redistribute the contents before pouring your chosen serving.
Can you cook with fire cider?
Absolutely. Its combination of acidity, sweetness, chilli and aromatic spices makes fire cider particularly useful anywhere you might otherwise reach for vinegar plus several separate seasonings. A small splash can bring complexity to pan sauces, gravies, braised dishes, glazes and even homemade chutneys.
