The Monolith TWO 55 Kamado Grill is a premium ceramic charcoal barbecue designed for versatile outdoor cooking, combining modern engineering with the traditional performance kamado grills are known for. Built from durable silicate ceramic with a lifetime guarantee, this compact yet capable ceramic BBQ delivers excellent heat retention, stable temperature control, and efficient charcoal use across a wide cooking range from approximately 70°C to 400°C.
With a 44cm cooking grid, the Monolith TWO 55 is designed to handle everything from low and slow smoking to high-temperature searing, roasting, baking, and wood-fired pizza cooking. The ceramic construction helps maintain even heat while retaining moisture during longer cooks, making it equally suited to smoked brisket, grilled steaks, roast chicken, seafood, and charcoal-roasted vegetables. The integrated Smart Grid System (SGS) also allows direct and indirect cooking simultaneously, creating separate cooking zones for greater flexibility.
Part of the updated Monolith TWO range, this kamado grill features a redesigned powder-coated steel frame system, stainless steel fittings, and Monolith’s maintenance-friendly stainless steel and fibreglass gasket sealing system. The integrated chip feeder allows smoking wood chips or pellets to be added directly into the fire chamber without opening the lid, helping preserve heat stability while building authentic barbecue flavour.
