Essential Cuisine Vegetable Mirepoix Glace 600g is a classic blend of vegetables giving a perfectly rounded glace. Made by chefs with the taste and versatility to make your dishes extraordinary, use as you would any reduced stock or glace.

  • Brush on between the layers of a grilled pepper, courgette and aubergine terrine.
  • Mix with double cream, milk, and lecithin, warm & aerate to create a froth for finishing soups and risottos.
  • Refrigerate after opening. Seal lid tightly after use.
