From their brigade to yours, Essential Cuisine Chicken Stock Mix 800g is delicate and juicy, perfect for your poultry dishes. Made from the finest ingredients, it will help you create dishes you’ll be proud to put your name to.

Simply add the required amount of mix to boiling water and stir. The mix will instantly dissolve, leaving only its great depth of flavour.
- Lighter dishes - 12g mix per litre.
- Fuller flavoured dishes - 16g mix per litre.
Appropriate levels of seasoning (0.56g of salt per 100 ml of stock).
Low level of fat (ca. 3%), just like your own stocks.
Colour coded packaging for easy recognition in a busy kitchen (and the pots are great for mise en place!).
No GM ingredients, hydrogenated oils, preservatives or MSG.
Yield 50 litres per pot (based off 16g of stock per litre)
All Essential Cuisine stocks are Gluten Free.
