Essential Cuisine Chicken Glace 600g is a delicate and juicy chicken glace, perfect for your poultry dishes. Use with confidence as you would any reduced stock or glace.

  • Use in a hot Thai spiced chicken and noodle broth with chilli and coriander.
  • Mix with clear honey, garlic, ginger and soy sauce and coat baked chicken wings.
  • Rub onto chicken fillets to marinade, before pan frying or grilling.
  • Refrigerate after opening. Seal lid tightly after use.
