What is Blackthorn Sea Salt?

Blackthorn Sea Salt is produced on Scotland's west coast using a unique thorn tower system. Seawater is gradually concentrated as it trickles through bundles of blackthorn branches, creating a distinctive mineral-rich sea salt with exceptional flavour and texture.
