Good Phats Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray 200ml
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray
Good Phats Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray 200ml puts quality extra virgin olive oil into a convenient spray format, making it easy to add a light, even coating exactly where you need it. Cold-pressed in Andalucía, Spain, using Hojiblanca and Picual olives, the oil has a smooth, rounded character with fruity olive notes and a subtle peppery finish.
Use this extra virgin olive oil spray for gentle cooking, air frying and grilling, or simply spritz it over finished dishes. It works particularly well for coating roast vegetables, chicken, fish and kebabs, preparing trays for cooking or adding a fine mist of EVOO to salads, pasta and grilled vegetables.
There are no emulsifiers, seed oils, added water or fillers, just 100% extra virgin olive oil. At i4C, we particularly like the spray format for finishing dishes. A quick spritz over freshly grilled sourdough, tomatoes or roasted vegetables gives you that lovely olive oil flavour without drowning the dish.

What do Hojiblanca and Picual olives taste like?
Hojiblanca olives are known for their fresh, fruity character, while Picual can bring greener, slightly peppery notes. Combining the two creates a balanced olive oil that works particularly well across Mediterranean and Spanish-inspired dishes.
Is olive oil spray useful for finishing food as well as cooking?
Yes. A spray makes it particularly easy to distribute a very fine layer of extra virgin olive oil across finished food. Try it on bruschetta, salads, pizza, grilled vegetables or freshly cooked pasta when you want olive oil flavour without a heavy drizzle.
Why is cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil different from refined olive oil?
Cold pressing extracts the oil mechanically without the refining processes used to produce refined olive oils. This helps retain the distinctive aromas and flavours associated with the olives, which is why extra virgin olive oil is prized for both cooking and finishing.
