Vegan Vegetable Stock

Essential Cuisine Vegan Vegetable Flavoured Stock Mix 800g contains a blend of golden vegetables with depth of flavour and balance that makes it perfect for all your recipes.

  • Whether it is soup, pasta or a tomato sauce, look no further.
  • Spoon directly into sauce bases, reductions, cous cous, cooking juices or tagines.
  • Simply add the required amount of mix to boiling water and stir. The mix will instantly dissolve, leaving only its great depth of flavour.
  • For lighter dishes (e.g. soups) use 12g stock mix per litre and for more fuller flavoured dishes use 20g mix per litre.
  • Yield 50 litres per pot.
  • Always reseal after use and keep in a cool, dry place.
  • Size: 800g
