Vegan Beef Stock Mix

Essential Cuisine Vegan Beef Flavoured Stock Mix 800g offers a robust, meaty, tasting stock with an excellent beefy taste profile, great for Goulash or Braised Oxtail.

  • This flavoured Beef Halal Stock is free from artificial preservatives and colours.
  • Use for poaching or braising or thicken to make a sauce or gravy.
  • Stir into your sauces to add depth of flavour.
  • Yield 50 litres per pot.
  • Directions for Vegan Beef Stock Mix
    1. Simply add the required amount of mix to boiling water and stir. The mix will instantly dissolve, leaving only its great depth of flavour.
    2. For lighter dishes (e.g. soups) use 12g stock mix per litre and for more fuller flavoured dishes use 20g mix per litre.
  • Always reseal after use and keep in a cool, dry place.
  • Size: 800g
