Essential Cuisine's Lobster Sauce Base 800g is a rich and flavourful sauce base with hints of tomato and aromatic vegetables, herbs and spices. Use to make a rich and creamy lobster sauce, perfect for seafood dishes. Make it your own by adding freshly squeezed lemon and chopped dill.

• Use it to create a decadent lobster sauce for seafood dishes, bisques, or even flavourful mayonnaise for lobster salads.
• Reconstitute the base with water or stock, add cream for richness, and simmer with cognac or brandy for a touch of depth.
• Create a creamy and flavourful lobster bisque by blending the reconstituted base with vegetables and heavy cream.
• Enhance your lobster thermidor sauce with a dollop of lobster sauce base for an extra layer of seafood flavour.
• Yield 5 litres per pot.
• Directions to make 1 litre of Lobster sauce:

1. 1. Mix 160g Peppercorn Sauce Base with 880ml lukewarm water in a suitable saucepan.
   2. Bring to the boil stirring continuously and then simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
   3. Add 60ml double cream to finish, bring back to the boil and serve.

• Store in a cool, dry place.
