With its robust mutton taste and body, and a hint of rosemary, this lamb stock is perfect for Irish stews, casseroles and gravies. Works well on its own or as an addition to your stockpot.

  • Appropriate levels of seasoning (0.56g of salt per 100 ml of stock).
  • Low level of fat (ca. 3%), just like your own stocks.
  • Simple and easy to use, dissolves instantly to make a stock or add direct to your cooking.
