Toufood Malto Tapioca 1kg is pure tapioca maltodextrin and offers a multitude of culinary possibilities, from thickening and binding to creating unique textures.

  • Ideal for a wide range of culinary applications, creating smooth, velvety textures in sauces and desserts.
  • Can be used as a fat binder. Simply mix the powdered product with oils or other fats until it is absorbed.
  • It can also be used as humectant, thickener and, even, as anti-crystalliser.
  • Suggested ratio: 200g of Mälto/100g of oil or fat.
