Mix of carbohydrates obtained from the breakdown of tapioca starch.
- They are different glucose (dextrose) chains that are able to retain oils and fats, in general, obtaining powdered products with a strong flavour from the fat they have retained.
- Mix the powdered product with oil or other fats, until fat has been absorbed.
- It can also be used as humectant, thickener and, even, as anti-crystalliser.
- Suggested ratio: 200g of Mälto/100g of oil or fat.
- Size: 1kg.
