Ideal for use in the production of espumas, ice creams and cocktails.
- Gives volume and creates a light foam from the original liquid state.
- This product is especially suited for cold creations and for use with a creamer gun and N2O.
- Comes as a white, neutral powder.
- Dissolve in cold into any liquid or semi-liquid preparation.
- Recommended dosage: 50-100g/1L of liquid.
- Size: 700g.
