The Monolith Classic Pro Series 2.0 Black Grill Guru Edition With Cart is an advanced ceramic grill which delivers exceptional quality whether you are grilling, smoking, baking, cooking, barbecuing or roasting. This BBQ effortlessly combines aesthetics with functionality and cleverly combines the advantages of a classic grill with those of a brick oven.  Whether you need very high temperatures to grill the perfect steak or to smoke a large amount of meat for hours on low temperatures – this is your grill. The Monolith BBQ Guru Edition used as a brick oven is perfectly suitable for baking pizza or bread. The temperature range is between 70°C and 400°C. Due to its unique efficiency, the grill needs very little energy to generate and maintain the desired temperature so is very efficient. In addition, since very little oxygen is required, air movement is extremely low in the grill, preventing meat from drying out.

  • The controller then stabilises the cooking temperature by regulating the air flow to the fire by virtue of the built in fan and detecting when the lid is open and adjusting air supply accordingly (controller sold separately).
