No 1 Savoury Gravy is made with the finest ingredients to give balanced, flavourful gravy, which is suitable for vegans, vegetarians and coeliacs. This savoury gravy answers the demand for a meat-free gravy that tastes as gravy should. It also meets 2024 salt targets.

  • Use on its own or enhance with pan drippings from roasted meats, vegetables, or vegan roasts.
  • Large size perfect for professional kitchens, restaurants, and large families.
  • Yield: 20 litres.
  • Freeze-thaw and bain-marie stable ensures long shelf life and convenient reheating.
  • Gluten-free and coeliac friendly allowing different diets to enjoy delicious gravy without the worry.
  • Directions for use:
    1. Simply whisk gravy mix into lukewarm (not hot) water in a saucepan
    2. Bring to the boil whilst stirring constantly
    3. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minuets
    4. Your gravy is now ready to serve.
  • Always reseal after use and keep in a cool, dry place.
