Quality Mushroom Stock

This definitive Essential Cuisine Mushroom Stock Mix 700g delivers the taste and flavour of a traditional stock, retaining the delicate earthy notes of cooked mushrooms. Made from a blend of mushrooms giving it a distinctive taste and aroma.

  • Simply add the required amount of mix to boiling water and stir. The mix will instantly dissolve, leaving only its great depth of flavour.
    • Lighter dishes - 12g mix per litre
    • Fuller flavoured dishes - 16g mix per litre
  • Appropriate levels of seasoning (0.56g of salt per 100 ml of stock).
  • Low level of fat (ca. 3%), just like your own stocks.
  • Colour coded packaging for easy recognition in a busy kitchen (and the pots are great for mise en place!).
  • No GM ingredients, hydrogenated oils, preservatives or MSG.
  • Yield 40 litres per pot (based off 16g of stock per litre).
  • All Essential Cuisine stocks are Gluten Free.
  • Always reseal after use and keep in a cool, dry place.
