Fresh Beef Stock

TRUEfoods Beef Stock 2.5kg is made in the traditional way of slowly simmering bones and adding fresh vegetables, herbs, spring water, to create this wonderful fully flavoured natural stock. 

  • Clear and golden in colour, with a beefy fresh flavour.
  • Great for the basis of many dishes, particularly soups, stews and sauces.
  • Size: 2.5KG

Ingredients:

Spring water, beef bones (28%), chicken bones, calves feet, onions, carrots, garlic, tomato puree, thyme, black peppercorns, bay leaves.
