  • Ready to steam or pan-fry, enjoy the versatility of these buns! Simply steam them for a soft and fluffy texture ideal for savoury fillings, or pan-fry them for a crispy golden exterior perfect for richer fillings.
  • No preparation is required, save time in the kitchen with these pre-made buns. Simply fill and cook for a restaurant-quality meal at home.
  • Perfect for portion control, each pack contains 60 individual buns (50g each), perfect for individual servings or sharing.
  • Directions For Use :
    • From Frozen unless otherwise stated Microwave: (1900W): Place two buns on a non-metallic plate. Cook at full power for 20 seconds. Oven: Steam Oven: Place buns on top of the greaseproof paper discs (supplied in the box) and place on a wire rack with a 5cm gap between each bun. Steam on full power (100%) for 8 minutes. Hob: Place buns on top of the greaseproof paper discs (supplied in the box) and place on a wire rack or bamboo steamer over a pan of boiling water. Steam for 10 minutes. From defrost, steam for 5 minutes. 
  • Fill your steamed buns with shredded BBQ chicken, teriyaki vegetables, or a savoury mince filling.
  • Get creative with sweet fillings like red bean paste, custard cream, or fresh fruit.
  • Pan-fry your buns until golden brown and fill them with crispy duck, char siu pork, or your favourite Japanese curry.
