Crammed full of twelve herbs and spices, James White Big Tom Tomato Juice 750ml makes a wonderfully refreshing twist on a tomato juice.

  • Big Tom – a powerful blend of spices to make the ultimate Bloody Mary Mix.
  • Add a dash of vodka and Big Tom have done the hard work for you.
  • Or, make the most amazing tomato consomme as we do in ICE, guaranteed to work every time.
  • Simply place the Big Tom juice into a pan, add 3 whisked egg whites, bring to boil and gently simmer for 10 min.
  • Next strain through muslin and serve. No need for seasoning as its already perfect and can be made in advance, chilled and reheated as required.
