Essential Cuisine No1 Chicken Gravy Mix 1.5kg contains the essential gravy ingredients of chicken stock and chicken fat. Gluten free, this chicken gravy mix makes a tasty, golden gravy, the perfect partner to all your chicken and turkey roasts.

  • Makes a golden gravy, that is perfect for all your chicken and turkey roasts.
  • Stir into your stews, casseroles and braises to thicken and add depth of flavour.
  • Freeze thaw and bain-marie stable.
  • Yield 20 litres per pot.
  • How to use:
    1. Simply whisk gravy mix into lukewarm (not hot) water in a saucepan.
    2. Bring to the boil whilst stirring constantly.
    3. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minuets.
    4. Your gravy is now ready to serve.
  • Always reseal after use and keep in a cool, dry place.
