This innovative kit provides everything you need to achieve a perfect golden caramel crust, minus the hassle and mess.

  • This kit includes 4 bottles of 200ml of COOKAL alcohol (flavour: caramel), 200 sticks of 9g of caramel chips, 4 pouring tips and 4 spray caps.
  • The included high-proof, food-grade alcohol burns cleanly and safely, creating a stunning caramelised effect without the risks of using traditional spirits.
  • For crème brûlée, simply spread the caramelized portion on cold crème brûlée and pour the flambé essence over it. Light the flame, which will go out after approximately 1 minute. The product will be completely caramelised and flavoured, leaving a crunchy surface. The crème brûlée will remain cold and the alcohol will evaporate.
  • In addition to the pleasure of the show, for flambéing in the dining room or at home, achieve that signature crackle and rich caramel flavour you crave.
