Vital Wheat Gluten.
- It is made from wheat flour and undergoes a dehydration process to remove any other ingredients found in flour leaving almost pure activated gluten and very little starch content.
- Once it is dehydrated it is then dried and made into a powder which can be used for baking.
- Ideal ingredient for making bread and cakes, also used to make vegetarian steaks and burgers.
- Size: available in two sizes 500g and 3kg.
