Tarragon is a bittersweet herb with a warm, liquorice/anise aroma. Our tarragon vinegar is made from a white wine vinegar infused with fresh tarragon, great with meats, salads, fish & eggs.
Tarragon vinegar is an excellent addition used in making tartar sauce for an extra flavour kick or use it as a shortcut in making Sauce Béarnaise. No need to reduce your shallots, herbs and vinegar down, just add as it is.
Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs.
