  • Product Description

    Sosa Ingredients.

    Very elastic gelatin. Resistant to freezing. Heat to 90-100°C before use. Melting temperature is 45°C.

    • Great for making wrapping gels and using to make fruit sheets to layer and follow food contours. Mix of carob bean gum and carrageenan.
    • Properties: very elastic gelling agent.
    • Dosage: 25-50g/kg
    • Use: Pour the powder with the rest of the solids over the liquid and heat.
    • Resists freezing.
