Made from boiled and partially dehydrated pork skin and can be used as topping to give a pork crackling crunch to your dishes.
- Activated by heat and a little oil, it pops like popcorn with an intense pork flavour.
- Combine with gravies and sauces, or use on burgers, meat dishes and barbecues.
- Once fried in the Paella swells up to 4 or 5 times its previous size, being similar to the pork rinds to which we are accustomed.
