Pastificio Liguori Pasta Mista No.39 500g is a traditional Italian pasta blend made from 100% Italian durum wheat and produced using bronze die extrusion. Known in Naples as pasta ammiscata (mixed pasta), this variety has its origins in the habit of using leftover pasta shapes to avoid waste. Today, Pasta Mista is a format in its own right, offering a unique texture and bite to dishes.

  • Slow-dried at low temperatures to preserve its flavour and structure, this high-quality pasta has a protein content of 14.5%, ensuring a firm texture when cooked.
  • Pasta Mista’s assortment of shapes makes it ideal for absorbing flavour, making it perfect for:
    • Traditional Italian soups, such as pasta e fagioli (pasta and beans) or minestrone.
    • Legume-based dishes, like pasta e lenticchie (pasta with lentils) or pasta e ceci (pasta with chickpeas).
