Freshburst Raspberry Pearls 200g are red alginate pearls with a raspberry syrup liquid centre in syrup.

  • These little raspberry pearls can be used as a garnish and as an ingredient in all types of food and drink, from salads to cocktails.
  • Like eating little bombs, once in the mouth and bitten into, the liquid centres release a taste sensation across the palate, adding intrigue to all dishes. 
  • Raspberry flavour compliments many desserts and cocktails including cheesecake and Brambles.
  • Size: 200g.

Ingredients:

Syrup of raspberry 70% (sugar, raspberries, water, glucose syrup, thickener pectin, natural flavour, colour anthocyanin, thickener carob gum, acidity regulator citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, antioxidant ascorbic acid), water, gelling agents calcium chloride sodium alginate, thickener cellulose gum, colour beetroot juice, acidity regulator citric acid, preservative potassium sorbate.
