Acorn Fed 75% Ibérico Ham

Brindisa Acorn Fed 75% Ibérico Ham 50g is a finely sliced bellota style ham with exceptional depth, sweetness, and length of flavour. Made from pigs of 75% Ibérico breed that spend the final 10 to 12 weeks of their lives roaming the dehesa of Extremadura feeding on acorns, the meat develops a distinctive toffee like sweetness with savoury undertones and gentle fruitiness. The hams are then slowly cured in Guijuelo, Salamanca for between 30 and 36 months, allowing the flavour to deepen and the texture to soften. Hand carved by a master carver, each slice has a delicate structure that melts on the palate, leaving a long, complex finish.
