Soba is synonymous with a type of thin noodle made from buckwheat flour, and in Japan can refer to any thin noodle.
- Ideal for soups, stir-fries and salads.
- Usage: Boil for 5 minutes. Once boiled you can serve in a soup stock with toppings such as freshly chopped spring onions, grilled chicken, prawn tempura or fried tofu.
