14" Pit Barrel Cooker & Smoker

The Pit Barrel Junior Cooker 14" is the perfect compact grill and smoker for fans of the larger models. The PBJ fits in just about any car, making it ideal for camping, picnics, or wherever you may want to prepare amazing food. Hang brisket, vegetables, half-ribs, and more. Set it, forget it, and then enjoy!

  • Unlike traditional grills which cook food from a single, direct heat source, the cylindrical shape of the Pit Barrel® and Hook 'n' Hang method place the food in the centre of the action, heating the meat from all sides at once. The 360 degree All-Round Heat Dynamics is the secret behind producing consistently great-tasting, perfectly cooked food every time. 
  • In addition to cooling the bottom of the meat, the dripping juices fall onto the hot coals, producing a smoke fog which fills the barrel and envelops the meat, infusing it with even more natural flavour. Of course, this is not to say that grilling on the included grate won't yield equally impressive results. Similarly to hanging the meat, the greater distance between the heat source and the grate serves to reduce "hot spots" and cooks the meat more evenly on the bottom and top.
