- Try adding it to stuffing’s nut roasts, stews, casseroles, sausages, ketchup, sauces, jams and pickles.
- Add to spiced breads, cakes and biscuits and can also be used to make mulled wine and spiced cordials.
- Try roasting carrots and sweet potatoes together with a drizzle of honey and light dusting of allspice for a delicious spicy accompaniment to chicken and pork.
