Pastificio Liguori Maniche Rigate No.38 Pasta 500g is a traditional Italian pasta made from 100% Italian durum wheat and crafted using bronze die extrusion. The name Maniche Rigate, meaning “striped half sleeves,” refers to its short, ridged tube shape, which is designed to hold onto sauces exceptionally well. This shape is also popularly known as Rigatoni.
