  • A concentrated fruit syrup made from fresh red gooseberries, elderflowers and lemon juice. 
  • The perfect low sugar, low calorie, guilt free drinks for people on calorie restricted or lower sugar diets.
  • To serve the cordials, just measure 1 part cordial to 10 parts water.
  • We think chilled sparkling water tastes best but still water or tonic water are firm favourites too.
  • Dress them with some ice, fresh fruit & herbs to bring some extra theatre to the experience.
  • Makes 30 x 250ml servings and with just 20Kcal per 250ml serving.
