  • Made with high-quality ingredients like black gram flour, rice flour, and a touch of coconut oil, these mini pappadums are naturally light and crispy. The flavoured varieties boast exciting taste profiles:
  • Plain: A classic choice, offering a neutral base to complement your favourite chutneys and dips.
  • Tikka Masala: Infused with aromatic spices like turmeric, cumin, and coriander, these mini pappadums add a touch of warmth and depth to your meal.
  • Black Pepper: Cracked black peppercorns lend a delightful piquancy to these mini pappadums, ideal for those who enjoy a bit of a kick.
  • Heat a shallow pan with oil and fry the pappadums for a few seconds until golden brown and puffed. Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately.
  • Microwave friendly, brush both sides with a little oil, place on a microwave-safe plate lined with paper towel, and cook on high for 45 seconds (adjust time based on your microwave wattage) until crisp.
