  3. Add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture.
  4. Mix by hand for 5 minutes or use an electric mixer with a dough hook for 2 minutes until a smooth dough forms.
  5. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl.
  6. Cover with a clean cloth and leave to rise at room temperature for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  7. Lightly flour your work surface and gently tip out the risen dough.
  8. Shape the dough as desired – into a loaf, a free-form boule, or rolls.
  9. Place on a lined baking tray or in a greased loaf tin.
  10. Cover the shaped dough with a cloth and leave it to rise at room temperature for 20 minutes.
