Essential Cuisine’s Asian Korean Style Base is a rich, savoury paste packed with deep umami flavour and subtle heat. With notes of miso, ginger and chilli, it’s an easy way to bring bold Korean-style flavour to your cooking, whether you’re making broths, marinades, glazes or sauces.
- Yield 25 litres per pot.

- Directions: (This tub will make 25 litres of stock )
- To make the broth, simply add 40g of Korean style base into 1 litre of boiling water.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Your Korean style stock is now ready for use.

It works brilliantly with beef, chicken, pork, mushrooms or aubergine, just cook thoroughly and you’re good to go.

Use it to build a warming Korean-style soup, add depth to stir-fries, or whip up a marinade for grilled meats. It’s also great as a base for noodle dishes.
