Stock items are dispatched same or next day (3pm cut off time) Monday to Friday and orders must be placed before 3pm for next day delivery.
Mainland UK only - If an order is placed on a Friday before 3pm you will get this on Monday. If it's a Bank Holiday you will receive the item the next working day.
*Please note that for items being delivered to London, we charge normal tariff plus we oncost the £1.50 London Congestion Charge charged by our courier to deliver. This applies to postcodes E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W and WC.

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee 100% next day delivery but statistics show that with our next day service, 99% of parcels will turn up the next day.

Failed Delivery & Redelivery
Delivery Attempts and Redelivery
Our chosen courier will typically make up to two attempts to deliver your parcel to the address provided at checkout. If these attempts are unsuccessful, the courier may:
- Leave the parcel in a "Safe Place" or with a neighbour if you have provided such instructions.
- Hold the parcel at a local delivery depot for collection for a period of 24 hours.
Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are not liable for failed deliveries resulting from:
- Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.
- Failure to be available to receive the parcel or to collect it from a depot within the specified timeframe.
Unclaimed and Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or because of an incorrect address, we will contact you for further instructions. In such cases:
- We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for any subsequent redelivery attempts.
- If we cannot reach you or rearrange delivery within 2 days of the parcel being returned, we may terminate the contract and issue a refund, minus any reasonable costs incurred for the failed delivery and storage.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If we fail to deliver your goods within 30 days of the order date (unless a different timeframe was agreed), you are entitled to a full refund.
Click and Collect
You can also arrange to collect your order free of charge from our warehouse which is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and is located at Unit 6 Lundy Court, Rougham Industrial Estate, Rougham, Suffolk, IP30 9ND.
Returns Policy
Damaged goods - on receiving your order, if a product is faulty, damaged or missing any items please contact us within 24 hours via the account page to request a return/replacement. We also require a photo of the damage.
Undamaged goods - we can only accept returned 'opened' items if they are faulty.
Products can be returned up to 30 days from purchase but must be returned unopened in their original packaging and in saleable condition.
If you return goods on the grounds of being faulty which are subsequently found upon inspection and testing not to be faulty, you are responsible for payment of postage and packaging.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
