The texture melts smoothly and applies cleanly, making it well suited to detailed work where control and consistency matter. It can be sprayed, painted, or flicked onto moulds and finished chocolates, mixed into melted chocolate for a warm golden tone, or used on acetate sheets to create custom transfer designs for pâtisserie and dessert presentation.
