Concentrated apricot glaze for manual application on fruit pies, cakes, danishes and puff pastries.
- Thoroughly mix with 20 - 60% of water or fruit juice.
- Then melt and bring to boil and use at 75 - 90°C according to the required viscosity, then apply warm on the pastry.
- Size: 1kg.
