Powdered Seasoning. Sea Flavour.
Can be used in a brine or a dry cure for fish to impart iodized notes of sea without sodium, a more natural sea water flavour.
- Adds a touch of Umami to dishes which in itself tends it to be mixed with other salts for seasoning food.
- Use as seasoning and do not ingest directly.
- Size: 250g.
