Having worked for both Nico Ladenis and Richard Corrigan, as head chef of multiple restaurants. He has cooked for government & royalty, both 10 Downing Street & Her Majesty, the Queen of England.
In 2002 the Garrett's purchased The West House Biddenden in 2002, in order to create their own dining room thus allowing Graham to pursue his own vision. Graham's food has gained the restaurant multiple awards including a Michelin star held since 2004.
