- It’s a high-quality protein isolate, derived from potatoes. It is a food ingredient based on plants for the innovation of products, which offers an excellent texturizing process.
- It can gel sweet and savoury ingredients at 85°C and is a great substitute for: milk protein, egg whites, whole eggs, albumin powder and gelatine.
- It is used to create bakery products without gluten, analogous of the meat (vegan products), not lacteal and "free" food of meat.
