- Highly prized in Europe, these bright orange-yellow mushrooms grow in all kind of woods in particular beech and oak from mid-summer until late autumn.
- Rince mushrooms once or twice and then soak in warm water for 20 minutes.
- The mushrooms will then be soft and ready to add to your dishes such as soups, risottos, stews or are simply delicious on toast.
- The water used to soak the mushrooms can then be used as stock for an extra rich flavour.
